Cheap and fast!
McDonald's is an expert at cost and speed. They have been optimising these for decades, to the detriment of everything else. Making things (it's tough to call it food!) faster and cheaper.
And we have somehow inherited this culturally... we want everything to be faster and cheaper.
What do we leave out in this pursuit?
Taste? Health? Community? Connection? Love? Belonging? Joy?
Slow and expensive open us up to the possibilities that fast and cheap close the door on.
Fine dining is called "fine" dining for a reason.
