Finding joy.
There's joy in play. But more importantly, there can be joy in work.
Mostly, it shows up when we care about the process more than the outcome.
The attachment to the outcome is what kills the joy. It can even make play feel like work.
What is it that you are building? How are you building it? How can you make it better?
These are questions that bring joy.
What if this doesn't work? What if no one shows up? What if I do it wrong?
These ones make it go away.
Things work better when we make them with joy.
