Ignoring the compass.

When you are navigating through maps, as long as you follow the path, nothing much happens.

But when you miss a turn or take a wrong one, the voice keeps nagging you to get back on track.

This is how the body compass works, too.

When you move towards things that are right for you, it relaxes and becomes lighter. When you are in the wrong direction, it becomes heavy and stiff.

The challenge is that we have become used to not listening to the body. It keeps amplifying the signal, and we keep ignoring it.

You can look at it as nagging. Or you can see it as a sign that you are off track.

The best thing to do when you have a map or a compass that works is to pay attention.
