Letting go of 2025.
We are in the final stretch of the year. Maybe it's worth practicing letting it go gently.
Here are 3 prompts that might help you do that:
Start with gratitude. Think of 3 people who made your year better. Share with them what they did to make you feel this way.
Reflect on your growth. See 3 changes in you in contrast with yourself on 1 Jan of the year. Where have you grown?
Let go. See what you want to take into the new year. What would you put in your backpack? Who would you want to be with you as you move forward?
Take 2 weeks for this to happen gradually and then you can move into the new year with more intention.
