Listen, for a change.

The body keeps sending us messages, in the only ways it can.

When it is low on energy, the messages are tiredness, fatigue, pain, and brain fog. We have all experienced these, but we have also gotten used to ignoring them... one more reel, one more episode, one more task.

The only option we leave the body with is to amplify its messages, make them louder - more tiredness, more fatigue, more exhaustion. Unless we reach a point where we give up and finally allow ourselves some rest.

And then, once the fatigue is gone, we get back to not listening to the body again.

What would it be like if we listened to the body for a change - rest when the body seeks rest, let it rejuvenate? It might be worth trying out.
