The keyword here is not minimum, but effective. The "what's it for" - that's the guiding principle.

Once you establish the "what's it for?", you can figure out the minimum that gets you there, the must-haves on your plate.

It's the good-to-haves that create the overwhelm. The ME mindset takes them off the table.
