Out of integrity.

How does an airplane become not ready to fly?

99.99% of the systems might be running perfectly, but if even one small component is faulty, the plane can be out of order, out of integrity. It can't do what it's meant to do.

It doesn't take much to get us out of integrity too.

A yes when we want to say no might do the trick.

There are no small exceptions to integrity. Either we are in 100% integrity or we are not.

And the signs are clear. Your body and mind will let you know when you are out of integrity. The challenge is that we have become so used to the signs that we think being out of integrity is what's normal. We think being in integrity is rare and something special.

A child is born in integrity. They cry when we are hungry or sleepy or tired. Smile when everything is in order. They don't pretend. They don't lie. That's how can be.

When we start to lie is when we learn how to live without integrity.
