Rest as default.

That's what lions do. And bonobos. And nightingales.

Not just while sleeping, but most of their waking times is resting. Slow connection, touch, play.

Some of the day is the practice. The hunting. The gathering. The singing. But then again, it's back to rest.

You won't find a more professional hunter than a lion. Or a more professional singer than a nightingale.

They didn't become professional by burning themselves out pandering to a boss. They became professional by practicing their nature, drip by drip.

What's your nature? When do you practice it?

What do you do the rest of the time?
