Surgical.

Years ago, my favourite commentator Harsha Bhogle said this during an India Pakistan test match: "There's a surgeon at one end and a butcher at the other." Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni were batting together.

We can treat resistance like a butcher. Declare war on it. Ignore it. Overcome it. But the more we do that, the more it resists.

Or we can be surgical. Calm with a low heartbeat. Careful but still moving forward. We know what we want to do and we do exactly that and come out.

It's your choice how you want to show up. But if you have tried the butcher approach and it hasn't worked, maybe give surgical a try?
