The anxiety lie.

You do better when you are afraid. It's good to be anxious.

It's hard to believe this when it's told to someone else. You wouldn't want your flight captain to fly in anxiety.

But when anxiety whispers this to us, we believe it. We run on fumes and believe that we are making our best decisions. Hardly so.

What if we tried something else?

We are our most creative when we are at peace.

Not only creative, but productive too. We find solutions to problems that seem impossible, we create connection and possibility.

You have most likely given anxiety a chance. What if you started with peace this time?

Anxiety always lies. Always.
