The OS.
iOS has been the base of the iPhone since Steve Jobs launched it in 2007. It has evolved over the years, and still, essentially, you can see it as it was 20 years ago.
An iPhone lasts some 4-5 years, or maybe 7-8, but if we switch to another one, the iOS remains consistent.
There are system notifications, like low network, low battery, or an overheated phone, which show up only if something is off.
And then there are the apps. Google Maps can show you the way. Uber can get you a cab. And so on. However, when an app starts manipulating the OS, so that it dominates, that's when trouble starts brewing.
Soul. Body. Emotions. And mind.
The mind apps work best when we use them only when they are needed.
Things run smoother if we give the emotion notifications enough attention and space. They are there for a reason.
The more we care about the body phone, the longer it lasts.
And of course, the soul OS keeps evolving but essentially stays the same.
