Too something.
"If I do this, people will think that I am too (something)."
The something could be loud, selfish, greedy, ambitious, boring, or any other negative quality that the mind may conjure.
And as this thought comes up, we shrink ourselves, we rationalise, we stop being our Self. Over time, we do this so much that we forget who we would be without this thought.
Who would you be if you didn't worry about what others would think? What would you do? Is it necessarily bad?
