What before how.

We mostly tango with the how. We rarely make time to figure out the what. These are two different questions and are best answered independently in the right order.

In order to determine the what, go through your internal compass. Martha Beck's The Way of Integrity is a good place to start.

And once you know the what, the how helps you in gettting there. Seth Godin's This is Strategy is brilliant for that.
