If you plant a mango tree, you don't expect a mango from it the next day.

You know that it's going to take time and consistent effort and care. And despite it all, it might not work.

The possibility of the fruit might motivate you to plant the seed. But taking care of it is where all the joy is.

And, of course, nothing happens if you don't plant the seed in the first place.

The best time to plant the seed was 20 years ago. The next best time is now.
