Without anxiety.
Anxiety can convince us that we need to be with it all the time.
Whatever we are anxious about - whether it is work, relationships or health - or something someone said to us, or our favourite sport team losing - or just anything that comes to our attention - anxiety can hold us tight in its grip.
The thought of what would happen if we stop being anxious can make us even more anxious.
But... for a moment, can we keep our anxiety down?
Just for a moment. We can pick it up if we want to.
Just keep it down and breathe. And know that nothing changes. Apart from the fact that you feel lighter.
Can you keep more of it down? One by one?
Can you get to a place, albeit for a moment, where you can see all your anxiety on the floor and not in your head?
And if it wants to go away, can you let it go?
