A different kind of day.
You wake up with the first light of the sun. It's bright, so your body automatically nudges you to wake up.
You see your people around you. You know you are safe and loved. You are not alone.
You all go together out to find food. Jump trees, walk, swim. Find berries and whatnot. You share what you find.
Now the sun is up. It's hot. You all move to a shade. Sit together, hold hands, make things, play.
In the evening is another round of foraging. This time you collect and bring things so you can cook together.
Then after sunset, you gather around the fire. Cook, eat, tell stories, play music and dance.
And as the fire burns out, you all go to sleep. Knowing that when you wake up, you won't be alone.
Sunlight. Community. Movement. Food. Play. Rest. Stories.
There's not much we need to be happy. And nature abundantly provides all of that. If we allow it to.
