Choosing what to compound.
Compounding is more powerful than we might be able to comprehend.
But we don't need to understand how it works to be able to use it. We can choose what we want to compound.
Debt compounds and so do savings. Negative thoughts compound and so do positive reinforcements. Bad health compounds and so does getting healthier.
When we align ourselves (and our habits) towards what we want to compound, the system starts working for us rather than against us.
