Fill your cup.
There is no dearth of things to consume in the world, especially on the internet. There are posts, reels, Netflix documentaries, YouTube videos and what not. You can spend hours, if not days, watching stuff and you won't even scratch the surface.
The challenge, though, is that most of this content does not fill your cup. It drains it. It leaves you feeling worse than when you got started. And the more you spend your time, energy and attention there, the more drained you become.
Instead, there are books, courses and people who can fill your cup. Who can help you get out of the downward spiral and engage with positivity and possibility. They break the hold of negativity and help you get up and start feeling better again.
