One thing at a time.

How do you get out of a mess? Whether it's an anxiety spiral, a financial turmoil, a health scare, or something else.

It's tempting to want to sort everything in one go, in one shot. But that only increases the helplessness.

What we can do is to figure out the one, two, three actions that are in front of us and then do them one at a time.

Once we start moving, we start gaining agency and we start seeing more clearly. Focussing on one thing at a time gives us a shot at doing that.
