Rushing the recovery.
If your MacBook stops working and it would take 14 days to repair it, would you rush them and be happy with one that works only 80% of the time?
Same with your car. You wouldn't want to rush its service and end up driving something that's unreliable.
When it comes to our body and mind, we can be quite impatient with the recovery process. We want to get on with it and get working whether we feel like it or not.
As with the earlier examples, there's nothing good that comes out of rushing the recovery process.
