It's challenging to be consistent with a blog, podcast or newsletter (or any other channel) if you are unable to build a queue.

There would be days you are tired, or sick, or busy, or just not ready to deliver at the level of professionalism you seek. Heroic effort may get you through some tough days but that doesn't make up for an elegant strategy.

To be consistent, you need to create at a pace faster than you publish. The choice is simple. Either increase production or reduce the frequency.

It might be hard to swallow the pill but the latter option is the one most of us ignore.

Choose a frequency where you can build a queue.

There is a reason why a series like Seinfeld had 22 episodes in an year and not 52.
