Without stimuli.

If your brain gets used to responding to stimuli all the time, you'd not be able to experience how it works in their absence.

Find an hour a day where there is no notification, no email, no messages, no stimuli.

Maybe, you sit with a notebook and pen, maybe you type on a screen.

But as you sit there, your brain will relax. It will share what it is that you want. It will work on things that it wants to work on.

As you do this over days, try to expand the time to 3-4 hours. You will be amazed how much progress you will make in the things that matter.
